Placing an order
- Add your oil to the cart and go to checkout.
- Enter your delivery details and choose how to pay.
- Confirm your order. We send a confirmation by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
Cancelling
You can cancel an order until it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the bottle is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us to start a return, then send the bottle by courier to: Al-Maharah, House #10, Tareen Villas, Arbab Town, Quetta 87300, Pakistan. The return courier charge is paid by you, and there is no restocking fee. Returns are accepted by courier only.
For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your bottle arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and check the returned item, to your original payment method or by bank transfer.
