Our oils
What is the difference between Golden Legacy and Green Diamond?
Golden Legacy is pressed from cultivated olives grown in Loralai. Green Diamond is pressed from wild olives (jangli zaitoon) gathered in Zhob. Green Diamond is darker in colour and fuller in character.
Are both oils extra virgin?
Both labels state extra virgin. Both oils are cold-extracted and unrefined.
Which sizes are available?
500 ml, 750 ml and 1 L bottles of each oil.
Are the oils tested?
Yes. Our oil is tested at a laboratory in Quetta. Email us with the batch details on your bottle if you would like the latest report.
Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 1–3 working days, depending on your city.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is Rs 350 anywhere in Pakistan for parcels up to 3 kg, which covers most orders of one or two bottles. Each extra kilogram adds Rs 110. Express overnight delivery starts at Rs 370 for one bottle. You see the exact charge at checkout and pay it in cash with your order.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery: you pay in cash when your order arrives.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns
Can I return a bottle?
Unopened bottles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What if my bottle arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.
When will I get my refund?
Within 3–5 business days after we receive and check the returned bottle.
Storage
How should I store olive oil?
Keep the bottle closed, in a cool, dark place away from the stove and sunlight, and follow the date on the bottle.
