✅ Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
- Standard Delivery Time: 1-3 working days depending on location.
- Shipping Charges: Free delivery on orders above PKR 3,500.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier issues) are beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Returns & exchanges accepted within 14 days if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after return approval.
- No refunds or exchanges for perishable or opened items.

- All dry fruits and nuts are fresh, natural, and of the highest quality.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.
